Dear SCC Members and County Party Leaders,
I hope you all had a wonderful holiday season! I’m writing to share details about our upcoming Pre-Leg Bootcamp so you can save the date.
Last year’s trainings were a huge success, so we’re excited to make Pre-Leg Bootcamp an annual event to help party leaders and activists get ready for the legislative session ahead. The more organized and informed we are, the more effective we can be. We hope you’ll join us!
- Day 1 – Intel: Get a legislative preview from Sen. Chris Rothfuss and Reps. Ken Chestek, Karlee Provenza, and Trey Sherwood - they'll tell us what bills to watch for, what to expect from the session, and give us some tips for making a difference.
- Day 2 – Tactics: Learn how bills move through the process, navigate the wyoleg.org website, sign up to testify, and more with Chair Lucas Fralick.
- Day 3 – Action: Develop clear talking points, advocate effectively, and use social media to your advantage with Executive Director Scott Merrifield and Communications Director Mandy Weaver
