   1. Georgeanne moves to leave the same.  John A seconds
      1. Tabled until november- moved unanimously
2. Highway Cleanup
   1. Saturday May 30th at 10am Meet at Mile marker 1.  Vests and bags will be provided.  Levi will get supplies.
3. CER Activity
   1. Reminder to pick your party by May 13th.  Beginning of binding period. Precinct chairs.  You can only vote for them if you are a registered dem. Filing period is May 14-29
   2. CER is requesting a fundraising coordinator.  Larry has volunteered.
4. Strategic plan

      5. Discovery Days July 12-14 helped set up and tear down.  Committee made.  Dale, Marilyn to report for June meeting.
      6. Trailblazer Days-Not able to participate as a political party.
5. Pride in the Park
   1. A committee has been formed to provide a booth at the event.
6. 4th of July
   1. A committee has been formed to plan Ice cream social. Sign up list needs formed.
7. Fire Department Celebration
   1. Fireworks show.  Kim H motion to donation $100 Kathy seconds. Motion carries

Next Meeting – June 3, 6 pm, County Annex Bldg.  Secretary Larry will be absent. Janice will take meeting minutes in June.
